Sean A. Scapellato, Esq.

Sean A. Scapellato is the owner of the Coastal Law Group with offices in Charleston and Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.  Having been involved in thousands of residential and commercial closings as both an attorney and a Realtor, he has absorbed the best practices on all sides of the transaction.  Sean also provides an array of estate planning and corporate law services and handles probate matters for clients whose loved ones have passed.  He has been recognized for his work locally as well as nationally, and in 2024 collaborated with Hilton Head attorney Jim Berl in serving Jim’s clients as he phased into retirement.  Prior to his career as an attorney, Sean was a middle and high school English teacher and remains active as a writer, teacher, and speaker in and around Charleston, South Carolina where he lives with his wife and their two black labs.
